• Each painting is a one-of-a-kind, original piece.
   
• I always keep the copyright, which means I can use images of my work for prints, promotion, or exhibitions.
   
• When you buy a painting, you own the physical piece – not the reproduction rights.
   

• Prices are in Canadian Dollars.
   
• Payment is required in full before the painting leaves my studio.
   

• Local pickup or delivery can be arranged.
   
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
   
• I package each painting with care, but once it’s with the courier, I can’t be responsible for delays or damages.
   

• All sales are final. I don’t offer returns or exchanges.
   
• If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days with photos so we can work out a solution.
   

• Commissioned pieces require a non-refundable deposit.
   
• We’ll confirm all details (size, style, timeline, and price) in writing before I begin.
   

• Please feel free to share photos of your painting on social media – I’d love that! Just tag or credit me as the artist.
   
• Paintings may not be reproduced or used commercially without my permission.
